Davet Designs Policies
General Information:
I am happy you chose me for all your vinyl waterproof custom sticker/ label needs! I am here to help you in any way I can. Please review these policies and email me with any questions you may have. Quotes given through email are subject to change after viewing artwork. Any additional fees will be invoiced up front before the job is processed. There is not setup fee, but fees do apply for artwork that needs to be edited, created, scanned, etc. After orders are received, I will email you a proof within 2 business days. Please review the proof carefully, check for correct spelling, dates, etc. Then email me back your approval. I will not ship until I receive your approval. I will not refund, remake or reprint for free, orders that were approved, so please check your proof carefully. Even if I set up the artwork, mistakes can happen, so review your proof carefully.

Stickers Specs:
You can choose one of my many designs to customize for free or you can send me your artwork to print. Stickers can be made virtually any size and shape up to 17" wide. If you do not see a price for the size/ shape you need, please email me for a quote. Stickers/ Labels (or whatever you choose to call them :)) are made from a waterproof vinyl material. They can go in ice and water or be used for outside applications!
Shipping and Returns
Custom items are non-refundable unless the product is damaged before shipping, not what you approved or it is not as advertising, in which case I will exchange the item for a new one. Returns are only accepted with prior authorization. I am not responsible for items that are damaged in shipping or arrive late due to the postal system. Shipping insurance is available and is recommended. If you do not claim your package from the Post Office, FedEx, UPS, etc. and it is returned to me, you will have to pay shipping again for me to resend and no refund of any kind will be issued. At that point I will only send certified mail with a signature. Packages that are returned to me because of wrong or incorrect addresses provided by the customer, will also have to pay a new shipping fee, subject to upgrades such as registered mail, etc. No refund of any kind will be issued for wrong addresses as well. If your have a problem with your order, please contact me within 3 business days of receiving your order. If I have to resend you an item, because of my fault, I will send it the same shipping as the original order. After 30 days, no additional pages will be sent, even if it is my fault (so please check your shippment and contact me within 3 business days for full benefits). If you have any questions about my policies, please contact me in advance. For any international refunds given, you will be given the refund minus a $12 design fee for the digital file received and my time.
