How to order labels

Stickers / Labels Ordering: More details

Step 1:

Size/Price Options: Go to the pricing page to see the pricing chart including common sizes and qty. per sheet. Lables can be made any size and any shape up to 17.5 inches wide by unlimited length. If you are not sure how many stickers of each size come to a sheet, please email me.

Step 2:

Choose Design: View designs available for customization at our Custom designs page. All designs are identified by a code and number {such as WR-001}. If you are using your own design/image, please email it with your order request.

Step 3:

Ordering: When you are ready to order, send an email to DavetDesigns@gmail.com. Please include the size, qty and ALL instructions for your order. Also include the state these will be shipping to (Tax rate of 6.25% apply to Texas orders). You will receive an invoice from Paypal for your order. You do not need a Paypal account to pay the invoice. You can checkout as a guest and pay with your credit card or bank account. Other payment options available upon request (such as Zelle, Venmo, etc). Once paid, you will recieve your proof within 2 business days (usually within 24 hours). Sorry, proofs are ONLY sent AFTER the order is received.

You can also choose to order directly from my Etsy store: https://www.etsy.com/shop/DavetDesigns. Make sure you are ready to approve the proof ASAP since Etsy has timeframes I have to meet. If your order is not approved in a timely manner, the order will be cancelled and you will have to reorder. If you order through Etsy, I will still send your proof through email and we will communicate through email. Etsy has it's own rules on charging tax and charges tax on most all states, even though I am shipping from Texas. That is on Etsy's end and is out of my control.

Please respond back to the email with your proof in a timely manner, so I can expedite your order as quickly as possible. Processing time starts once the proof is approved by you. Orders that are not responded to in a timely manner are subject to be cancelled. A design fee of $8 will still apply for the setup work and will be deducted from the refund.

Artwork Specs

If using your own artwork, please email me your final files to DavetDesigns@gmail.com.

Accepted files:

EPS, PNG, JPG or Illustrator file (with fonts changed to outlines and no transparencies), with a minimum of 300 dpi at full size. Bleeds should be a min. of .05 inch on each side, .1" total. Example: for a 2.5” sticker, the final file would be 2.6” with bleed. If you are using another format, please contact me in advance to check for compatibility. Power Point, Microsoft Word, and Paint Pro are not acceptable programs to work from. If making a design in Canva, please make sure you make it larger than print size to accommodate the bleed and then export to JPG or PNG.

I am more than happy to help you with setting up your artwork. Setup is free, but additional fees may apply if your final artwork needs to recreated, etc. I observe copyright laws and will NOT print copyrighted items unless you own the copyright, these include images that are not yours, etc.

Production Time and Shipping

I ship all orders within 4 business days from the day your approve your proof (proofs are sent within 2 business days) and usually sooner. If you have a specific deadline, please contact me for rush availability (rush fees apply).

Domestic Shipping:

Sticker orders ship within 4 business days from the day you approve your proof, and are shipped by USPS priority or First Class shipping (your choice). USPS priority takes approximately 2-3 business days of shipping time (sometimes it will take longer). Paypal will email you a shipping notice with tracking number to your paypal email address used on the order the day that they ship. There is no tracking on first class shipping, shipping takes 2-7 business day on average (but could take longer). If you'd like another method of shipping such as express shipping, please email me in advance. I am not responsible for lost, damaged packages or delays due to the postal system. Rush processing is also available {please contact in advance for availability and pricing}.

Domestic First Class Shipping Cost:
$2.15 for up to 3 sheets
$5.75 for 4+ sheets
Orders $35 and over are FREE First Class shipping

Domestic Priorty Shipping Cost:
$9.75 for orders under $35
$4.50 for orders $35+, up to 50 sheets for the total order.
$14.50 for orders 51+ pages

Express Shipping Cost:
$30.00 for up to 50 pages for the total order.
For orders 51+ pages - contact for quote

International Shipping:

I am no longer shipping international orders.
